Common questions
Before you get in touch
Start with a brief business inquiry.
Who is Kloy intended for?
Security operations, detection engineering, security product, and infrastructure teams working on vulnerability detection and protection.
What belongs in an initial inquiry?
Your name, company, country, technology area, and a short business inquiry. Leave out sensitive research details.
What systems and delivery options are in scope?
We confirm product and version coverage, available delivery options, integrations, timing, and service terms in writing.
Is Kloy a replacement for existing security tools?
Kloy is not an asset scanner. It does not replace patch management, incident response, legal review, or your team's risk decisions.
How should sensitive information be exchanged?
Request an agreed private channel first. Sensitive exchanges require authorization and written confidentiality terms.
Does an email create an engagement?
An initial email does not create a customer relationship, confidentiality duty, service commitment, or authorization to perform work. Those require a separate written agreement.
Is this an emergency channel?
This is not an emergency or 24/7 incident-response channel, and no response time is guaranteed. Use your incident-response or vendor-support channels for urgent events.
