Kloy.ai may update these terms prospectively. The effective date and version identify the current terms; continued use after publication is subject to mandatory-law limits. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
